Luke Curran & Co is a solicitors practice in Newry city, Northern Ireland. The company has a website and a social media presence on Facebook and Twitter, and the partners also have personal profiles on LinkedIn.

Prior to appointing Denise Cowan of Digital Den Marketing, the team carried out most of their marketing activities in-house. This involved participating in business networking events and updating the website content whenever time permitted.

The team at Luke Curran needed to free up time to focus on their case workload, whilst ensuring that their marketing activity continued, allowing them to increase their brand awareness and generate new clients.

Luke Curran & Co Solicitors also required advice and assistance to develop their overall digital marketing strategy in relation to website design, content, search engine optimisation and email marketing.

Website Audit

Digital Den delivered a website audit which included research and recommendations in relation to the website design, content and overall user experience. A search engine optimisation (SEO) audit was also performed to identify relevant keywords in relation to the company’s services and skills, and any technical issues associated with the design and structure of the website that needed to be addressed with their web designer.

Content Marketing

Digital Den’s focus has been on providing Content Marketing support to increase brand awareness, website traffic and lead generation. This has included researching and publishing regular monthly blog articles to educate clients and prospects on legal matters and demonstrate how Luke Curran & Co can advise and address these.

Email Marketing

Digital Den also set up an Email Marketing account for Luke Curran & Co Solicitors and manages the creation, send and performance analysis of bi-monthly email campaigns to subscribers, enabling the team to keep clients and contacts up to date with what is happening in the practice, and upsell on their existing service provision.
